The 4-Night Routine

 

Night 1 – Exfoliation

 

Use a chemical exfoliant (AHA/BHA) to unclog pores and smooth skin.

 

What to use: Glycolic acid, salicylic acid

 

Avoid: Harsh scrubs, over-exfoliating

 

Night 2 – Retinol

 

Apply a pea-sized amount of retinol to stimulate collagen and reduce acne.

 

What to use: The Ordinary Retinol, CeraVe Resurfacing Serum

 


Avoid: Using too much or mixing with exfoliants

 

Nights 3 & 4 – Recovery

 

Focus on hydration and repair with ceramides and hyaluronic acid.

 

What to use: CeraVe Moisturizing Cream, La Roche-Posay Balm
