A video surfaced showing a woman physically assaulting a cab driver at Mumbai Airport. It was reported that she was upset about missing her flight and vented her frustration on the driver.

The incident, recorded by a man in a nearby car, shows the woman slapping and kicking the driver, even chasing him when he tried to escape. The man recording the video can be heard commenting, "Daud-daud kar maar rahi hai," meaning "constantly chasing and hitting the driver."

The video has gone viral on social media, drawing widespread criticism. It was shared by an account on X (formerly Twitter), which claimed that the woman missed her flight because she did not leave home on time and instead of owning up to her mistake, she took her anger out on the cab driver. The post pointed out that drivers are often at the mercy of such passengers. 

In response, the Mumbai Traffic Police urged the person who shared the video to report the incident at the nearest police station. Ola, the ride aggregator, has not yet issued a statement.

Some social media users have suggested that women like her should be banned from both Ola and flights, while others have raised concerns about alleged scams by taxi drivers to overcharge passengers.
