₹77.83 Crore IPO Alert! Should You Invest in Active Infrastructures Ltd?

Nagpur-based Active Infrastructures Ltd, a leading player in civil construction and infrastructure development, is set to launch its ₹77.83 crore public issue on NSE Emerge. The IPO, priced between ₹178-181 per share, will open for subscription on March 21 and close on March 25.

 

The company specializes in roads, flyovers, water supply systems, and commercial projects across multiple states. The raised funds will be allocated toward working capital, loan repayment, equipment purchases, and general corporate purposes.

 

For FY23-24, the company reported a revenue of ₹97.43 crore and a net profit of ₹10.45 crore. The minimum lot size for investors is 600 shares, requiring a minimum investment of ₹1,08,600 at the upper price band.

 

With a strong project portfolio and a nationwide presence, Active Infrastructures Ltd aims to capitalize on India's growing infrastructure demands. Will this IPO be a game-changer in the construction sector?
