In a jaw-dropping acquisition, Bengaluru-based dog breeder S Satish has purchased an extremely rare “wolfdog” for ₹50 crore. Named Cadaboms Okami, the hybrid is a cross between a wolf and a Caucasian Shepherd.
Born in the United States, the eight-month-old wolfdog already weighs 75 kg and consumes 3 kg of raw meat daily. Satish, president of the Indian Dog Breeders Association, proudly introduced the rare breed to India, making headlines across the country.
Despite quitting breeding a decade ago, Satish now earns significantly by showcasing his prized dogs at events, charging ₹25,000 for just a 30-minute appearance. He claims his wolfdog attracts more attention than movie stars.
Living on a sprawling 7-acre farm with six caretakers, Cadaboms Okami is already a superstar in Karnataka. With his rare lineage and striking wolf-like appearance, he has become the ultimate showstopper in India's dog loving community.
