Pineapple

Mango

 

The 'King of Fruits', mangoes, are rich in vitamin C and beta-carotene that promote natural glow. It repairs U-damaged skin and evens the overall tone. You can simply apply raw mashed mango, or you can add milk and honey and use it as a nourishing mask.

 

Watermelon

 

Known as the hydrating powerhouse amongst fruits and vegetables, it has lycopene, which protects your skin from sun damage and boosts hydration. Create a paste with raw watermelon and apply it to your skin, or use it as a toner.

 

Papaya

 

Rich in papain, which gently exfoliates dead skin cells, you can add 2 tablespoons of honey and apply this on your face for a brighter complexion.

 

Berries

 

Try berries like blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries on your skin that are packed with antioxidants that combat oxidative stress and further promote firm and youthful skin. You can mash it all with some honey and milk and see the results eventually.

 

Bananas

 

Using bananas on the face, directly or indirectly, can offer benefits of brightening, moisturising, and hydrating skin. Rich in vitamin C, you can mix it with oats, honey, or milk and create a facial mask.

 

Kiwi

 

Brimming with vitamin C, this small fruit can reduce dark spots, promote collagen, brighten the skin, and promote collagen production, leading to a more youthful and bright complexion.

 

Citrus fruits

 

You can try other citrus fruits, such as grapefruits and oranges, which can stimulate collagen production, but always use citrus fruits in a limited amount on your face.
