How a Delhi Tailoring Centre is Empowering 200+ Women?

In a quiet corner of Delhi NCR, over 200 women are rewriting their stories-one stitch at a time. The SAHAS initiative by Wishes and Blessings is more than a tailoring centre. It’s a safe haven where women from underprivileged communities learn stitching, gain confidence, and reclaim their identity.

From homemakers to earners, women like Kaushalya and Mannu are now earning ₹4,000–₹5,000 a month, buying essentials, and even dreaming of opening shops. SAHAS offers flexibility-mothers bring their kids, grandmothers learn the alphabet, and everyone learns at their own pace.

More than income, it's about dignity. It's about buying school bags without asking, sharing chai, and supporting each other like family.

This isn’t charity. This is community. And it’s quietly creating a revolution stitched with courage and self-worth.
