Missed UPSC by inches? This new portal could land you a Dream Job!

India's Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has unveiled Pratibha Setu, a redesigned platform offering a second chance to over 10,000 candidates who cleared written exams and interviews but narrowly missed the final merit list . This enhanced system replaces the older Public Disclosure Scheme (PDS) and connects qualified aspirants with verified government bodies, PSUs, and private sector firms .

Employers can now register on the portal using their Corporate Identification Number (CIN) and access a curated biodata bank, complete with educational qualifications, exam credentials, and contact details . A user-friendly dashboard enables them to shortlist and outreach seamlessly. Candidates benefit from renewed professional hope, ensuring their rigorous efforts do not go unnoticed .

Covering exams like Civil Services, Engineering Services, CAPF, Medical Services, and more, Pratibha Setu reaffirms UPSC’s commitment to transformative talent management. By bridging the gap between exceptional aspirants and eligible employers, it elevates India’s competitive exam ecosystem to a whole new level of impact and inclusivity.
