Modi highlighted the RSS’s vast reach across India, its efforts to rise above divisions of caste or creed, and its central commitment to “nation first.”
The new coin features an image of Bharat Mata in Varada Mudra and depicts swayamsevaks bowing before her—a first in independent India. Modi remarked that the release of these items was symbolic, reaffirming the government’s recognition of the RSS’s role in shaping India’s social and cultural fabric.
