NLU Delhi starts its registration process for session 2026-27!

The All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2026 registration window has officially opened. Conducted annually by National Law University (NLU) Delhi, this competitive exam offers entry to BA LLB (Hons.), LLM, and Ph.D. programs for the 2026–27 academic year. Prospective applicants can register via the official NLU Delhi portal nationallawuniversitydelhi.in from August 7, 2025, until November 10, 2025. The offline, pen-and-paper examination is scheduled for December 14, between 2 pm and 4 pm.

Applicants must meet minimum eligibility : BA LLB aspirants require 45% in Class 12 (42% for OBC, 40% for SC/ST), and final-year students may apply. LLM candidates need 50% in LLB (45% for SC/ST/PwD). Registration fees are ₹3,000 for General/OBC/EWS/Foreign Nationals, and ₹1,000 for SC/ST/PwD. SC/ST applicants from BPL families are exempt from fees. 

Candidates choose three test locations, including major cities; centers with fewer than 100 applicants may be reassigned. NLU has confirmed that seats include 110 for BA LLB, 70 + 10 for LLM, and Ph.D. seats, as applicable.
