Stop juggling apps! This new tool finds the cheapest ride in seconds…!

Tired of switching between Ola, Uber, and Rapido to find the cheapest ride, two young entrepreneurs from Bengaluru built Bob Rides, an app that compares fares from all major ride-hailing platforms in one place. Founded by Jai Adithya Poorana and Ansh Arora, the idea was born out of their daily frustration of juggling between multiple apps just to save a few rupees.

The duo secured a ₹2 crore Microsoft technical grant, which helped them build a strong backend, integrate multiple APIs, and launch the app publicly in September 2025. Bob Rides allows users to compare fares for autos, bikes, and cabs instantly, helping them pick the cheapest and fastest option without switching screens.

Within just a month, the app crossed 20,000+ downloads and now claims nearly 9,000 active users across 100+ cities. The founders aim to expand features and become India’s go-to ride comparison platform.
