This Startup is solving your domestic help problem!

If you live in an Indian city, you already know the struggle, domestic help not showing up, inconsistent quality, or the endless hunt for reliable assistance. Despite many apps and services trying, nothing has really solved this problem.

That’s why Snabbit, a Mumbai-based startup launched in 2024, is making noise. It claims to send a verified household expert to your home in just 10 minutes, whether you need laundry, cleaning, or kitchen support. Think of it like how Swiggy brings food or Zepto brings groceries, but for home services.

Snabbit already has 2,500 trained professionals serving over 1 Lakh families across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Gurugram, and Thane. Every worker goes through ID checks, skill training, and even gets accident and health insurance. Many women prefer this because it ensures safety and better pay than traditional setups.

The idea sounds great, but it’s not without problems. Customers sometimes complain about late arrivals or inconsistent service. Scaling such a service across India’s chaotic cities is a huge challenge.

Still, if Snabbit cracks the balance of speed + trust, it could change how Indian households think about domestic help, just like Ola changed commuting and Swiggy changed eating out.
