These six beginner-friendly yoga poses are perfect for easing into the day without stepping a foot on the floor.
Start with Supta Matsyendrasana to wake up your spine.
Move into Gomukhasana to open your shoulders, then practice Pawanmuktasana to beat morning bloating.
Try Cat-Cow (Bitilasana Marjaryasana) for flexibility and flow. Follow it up with a bed-friendly variation of Uttanasana to calm your mind and stretch your back. Finally, melt into Shavasana - the ultimate relax mode.
Whether you're hungover, tired, or just vibing, this sequence gets your blood flowing without killing the chill. Just you, your bed, and some good breathwork - your body will thank you.
