At an age when most people slow down, Usha Ray is chasing new dreams. A two-time stage-four cancer survivor, she has made a strong comeback- not just in life, but in studies too!
In April 2023, 45 years after she last studied, Usha decided to do an MBA in Healthcare Management. The problem? She didn't even know how to use a laptop.
"But I bought one anyway," she told TNIE. "I practiced, and I'm still learning, but I didn't let that stop me."
She has fought cancer twice, first in 2003, then again in 2022. But she never gave up. She proves that age doesn’t matter when it comes to learning and growing.
A former teacher with degrees in Zoology (1966) and Education (1978), Usha has a simple message for everyone:
"If I can do it at 80, why can't you?"
It's never too late to follow your dreams. So, what's stopping you?
