Shocking Truth About Drinking Water While Standing!

For generations, we've been told that drinking water while standing can damage our joints and cause knee pain. But is there any truth to this?
Dietician Juhi Arora recently clarified in a video that there is no scientific evidence to support this claim. She explained that water simply travels through the food pipe to the stomach and doesn't directly impact joint health.
However, Dr. Vipul Rustgi, a general physician at Apollo Spectra, shared a different view. He believes that drinking water while standing causes it to rush into the stomach, which may disrupt digestion.
He also claimed that it could lead to fluid imbalance, possibly resulting in joint issues over time, and even kidney problems due to improper filtration.
While there's no solid scientific proof linking standing posture to serious health issues, many experts recommend drinking water while sitting, as it supports better digestion and overall fluid balance in the body.
