It might worsen bloating. Also, anyone with cold, cough, or taking regular meds should consult their doctor first.

 

So yeah, while sugarcane juice is a summer savior for many, it's not a one-size-fits-all drink. Enjoy it, but smartly - listen to your body and your doctor. Because even the healthiest things can backfire if not taken right.
