₹3,000 for endless road trips? FASTag Pass Revealed!

Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has unveiled a game-changing FASTag-based Annual Pass priced at ₹3,000, effective from August 15, 2025.

Designed for private vehicles like cars, jeeps, and vans, this pass allows unlimited highway travel for one year or up to 200 trips, whichever comes first.

Announced on June 18, 2025, via X, the initiative aims to reduce toll plaza congestion, eliminate frequent recharges, and enhance travel convenience.

The pass integrates with existing FASTag accounts, requiring no additional documentation.

It addresses issues like toll disputes and long wait times, particularly for travelers on highways with tolls within 60 km. Activation will be available through the Rajmarg Yatra App and related websites, promising a smoother, hassle-free driving experience across India’s national highways.
