What if we told you a simple ₹10 cookie could lead to a ₹400 crore brand?
Meet Pankaj Mishra, the man behind Bakeats-a Noida-based bakery brand that’s turning the Indian cookie market upside down. Raised in Gorakhpur and once too shy to speak in school, Pankaj went from working in logistics to building a ₹35 crore company. But his real passion? Food.
In 2024, he launched Bakeats with one goal-to give India a global-level cookie at a local price. Today, Bakeats produces over 15 tonnes of cookies and rusks every day in its fully automated, hygienic factory using patented machines. From quirky names like “Maskaaa” to desi flavors like jeera and gud, Bakeats is all about premium taste with a desi twist.
And it’s not just about food-it’s about emotion. The brand is a tribute to Pankaj’s father, who once struggled to buy basic sweets for his son.
With over ₹4 crore already invested and massive plans ahead, Bakeats isn't just baking cookies-it’s baking a revolution in Indian snacking.
