Transform Your Leftover Roti into Tasty Tacos!

Leftover rotis can be transformed into a delicious and crispy breakfast with this easy-to-follow taco recipe.

 

No more wasting your leftover rotis ; instead, turn them into a fun and flavorful dish the whole family will love.

 

Ingredients:

 

3-4 leftover rotis

Oil for frying or roasting

2 boiled potatoes (mashed)

1 cup boiled carrots, peas, and capsicum

1 finely chopped onion

1 finely chopped green chili

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

1/2 tsp red chili powder, turmeric powder

1/2 tsp garam masala

Salt to taste

2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

1 tsp lemon juice

 

Steps:

1. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste and green chili. Saute onions till golden.

 

2. Add spices (turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, salt), then boiled veggies and mashed potatoes. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

 

3. Add coriander and lemon juice, mix well.

 

4. Fold rotis, secure with toothpicks, and roast or deep fry until crispy.

 

5. Stuff the tacos with the prepared filling and add curd, chutney, or chaat masala for extra flavor.

 

Your crispy, tasty roti tacos are ready to serve!
