In a turning point for the embattled film Udaipur Files: Kanhaiya Lal Tailor Murder, the Supreme Court refused to extend a previous stay order and instructed the Delhi High Court to assess objections firsthand. After the court-ordered review, the central government dismissed further objections, affirming that previous certification was procedurally sound. Filmmakers confirmed that the project will now release on August 8, 2025, stating, “Truth always wins.”
