Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Jaipur Exhibition in Rajasthan’s Jaipur today. Addressing the gathering, PM Modi highlighted India’s vibrant trade environment and its ability to inspire both business experts and investors. He emphasized that India’s progress across sectors is a testament to the guiding principles of action, transformation, and reform.

India's Economic Rise:

PM Modi pointed out that, even after 70 years of independence, India had only managed to become the world’s 11th largest economy. However, in the last decade, India has ascended to become the 5th largest economy globally.

The Essence of India’s Philosophy:

Over the past 10 years, India’s economy and exports have nearly doubled, PM Modi stated. He added that Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) has also increased twofold in comparison to the decade before 2014.

"India’s success reflects the true strength of democracy, population, digital data, and distribution," the Prime Minister declared. He lauded the success and empowerment of democracy in a diverse nation like India, describing it as a remarkable achievement. According to him, the core of India’s philosophy revolves around the welfare of humanity, which is deeply embedded in its fundamental character.

PM Modi also applauded the Indian people for exercising their democratic rights and ensuring stable governance in the country.

Youth Power as India’s Strength:

Highlighting the significance of youth in India’s development, PM Modi remarked that India, in the coming years, will stand as one of the youngest nations globally. He recognized India’s massive pool of skilled and talented youth as a key asset, adding that it positions the country uniquely for future success.

The government, he explained, has implemented numerous positive initiatives in this direction. Over the past decade, India’s youth power has added a new dimension to the country’s strength, further fueled by advancements in technology and data.

The Role of Technology and Data:

Stressing the growing importance of technology and data in today’s world, PM Modi stated, “This century is driven by technology and data.” He acknowledged that this momentum has been pivotal in shaping India’s technological capabilities and its global standing.
