What just dropped in Jharkhand could be a heavy purse project!

Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari inaugurated 11 National Highway projects worth Rs 6,350 crore in Jharkhand on Thursday. The projects include nine from Ranchi and two from Garhwa districts.

Key inaugurations include a Rs 560 crore elevated corridor in Ranchi and the 4.18-km Ratu Road flyover connecting Raj Bhavan to OTC Ground. In Garhwa, Gadkari launched a Rs 1,130 crore four-lane highway from Shankha to Khajoori.

Other significant projects include the Rs 1,900 crore Palma-Gumla four-lane project and Rs 825 crore Barhi-Koderma corridor. Chief Minister Hemant Soren was absent due to his father Shibu Soren's illness, who is currently receiving treatment in Delhi.
