Your wrong posture is ruining your spine — here's the fix!

In today's digital era, sedentary lifestyles and wrong posture habits are silently damaging our spine. According to Swami Ramdev, sitting for long hours on laptops and phones can lead to serious spinal issues like text neck, sad shoulder, kyphosis, and pinky syndrome, which cause pain, swelling, numbness, and even poor vision.
To restore spinal health, Swami Ramdev suggests yoga and Ayurveda as panacea. Daily exercise, drinking 4-5 litres of water, consuming vitamin D-rich foods, amla juice, aloe vera, and green vegetables can help. Ayurvedic remedies like a mix of Giloy Powder, Rasraj Rasa, Moti Pishti, and other herbal formulations should be taken twice a day for effective results.
Additional lifestyle changes like walking, avoiding junk food, chewing food properly, and drinking herbal water can also ease constipation and improve overall body balance. Yoga remains the core solution for maintaining the perfect posture and spine health.
