Hiroshima 1945 : The secret operation that shocked the world!

As Hiroshima Day 2025 marks 80 years since the world’s first atomic bombing, it's vital to recognize the wartime operations behind these catastrophic events. On August 6, 1945, the United States dropped the uranium gun-type bomb “Little Boy” on Hiroshima, causing unprecedented destruction and triggering deep reflection on nuclear warfare.

Just three days later, on August 9, the second and final atomic bomb was deployed on Nagasaki under the codename Operation Centerboard. This mission marked the last recorded use of nuclear weapons in combat an indelible moment that propelled Japan toward surrender and ultimately concluded World War II.

The remembrance of these events goes beyond history it’s a moral imperative. Every Hiroshima Day serves as a solemn reminder of mankind’s capacity for destruction and the fragile peace we must preserve.
