Tired of delays? 'Delhi Mitra’ App is here to simplify complaints.

In a bid to strengthen public grievance redressal, the Delhi Cabinet has approved the launch of the Delhi Mitra app, a new digital platform aimed at making governance more responsive and transparent. Citizens will be able to use the app to register complaints directly with the government, track their progress in real-time, and receive timely updates on redressal actions.

The app is expected to integrate with multiple government departments, ensuring that issues ranging from civic amenities to service delivery are addressed without bureaucratic delays. By centralizing grievances, the government hopes to cut down manual paperwork, improve accountability, and reduce instances of complaints being ignored.

Deputy CM Rekha Gupta highlighted that the app will serve as a direct communication channel between citizens and officials, thereby eliminating middlemen and making the system more efficient. The government also plans to embed features like data analytics for tracking patterns in complaints and identifying priority problem areas across the city.

With Delhi Mitra, the administration envisions a one-stop solution for civic engagement, empowering residents to become active partners in governance and enhancing trust in public service delivery.
