Delhi is famous for its history, culture, and delicious food. But now, the city is facing a big health problem, obesity. More and more people in Delhi are gaining weight, and it is becoming a serious concern.
Fast food restaurants are everywhere, offering tasty but unhealthy meals. People are working long hours, sitting all day, and not exercising enough.
Many prefer watching screens instead of going for a walk. As a result, diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart problems are increasing, even among young people.
Pollution in Delhi makes things worse. Since the air is not clean, many avoid outdoor exercise. Stress is another problem, many people eat junk food when they are tired or anxious. If this continues, Delhi could soon be the obesity capital of India.
But there is hope. People are becoming more aware of healthy eating and fitness. More gyms, yoga centers, and healthier food options are available. Walking, cycling, and eating home-cooked meals can help.
The big question is, will Delhi choose a healthier future, or will obesity take over the city?
Let’s act before it's too late!
