Beginning her career at 16, Kapoor admits that during her early years in the industry, skincare wasn't a priority due to her demanding schedule. However, entering her 40s marked a pivotal shift as she recognized the importance of self-care and established a consistent nighttime regimen. 

Kapoor emphasizes the significance of a simple yet effective skincare routine. Her current regimen includes applying moisturizer and sunblock during the day, while her nighttime ritual involves using eye cream, serum, and a hydrating cream. She believes that dedicating even a brief period to skincare can serve as a therapeutic way for women to unwind and de-stress.
