In Kochi, two engineers Aiju T. Biju and Athul Peter have built Genezez, a niche networking platform designed exclusively for serious founders and investors. Founded in November 2023 and launched in beta in October 2024, Genezez is likened to “LinkedIn, but only for startups” favoring quality over quantity.
The platform emphasizes precision and relevance. It offers AI-powered business matching, a Business Requirement Wall to post needs, and the Genezez Angel Investors Network (GAIN) for direct access to investment opportunities.
Genezez is lean and purposeful: entirely bootstrapped and expanding through word-of-mouth and influencer outreach rather than funding. Its founders envision a global-scale platform—similar in reach to LinkedIn—by onboarding 5 lakh founders and 1,000 GAIN investors annually, coupled with exclusive events and AI enhancements.
Focused firmly on entrepreneurs and investors (excluding job seekers and freelancers), Genezez is carving out a specialized space in the startup ecosystemone that fosters authentic co-founder connections and streamlined access to mentorship and capital.
