This Yoga Routine Could Be the Migraine Cure You Need!

Migraine headaches can be incredibly painful and disruptive, but practicing certain yoga poses may help ease the discomfort.

Yoga not only strengthens the body but also promotes relaxation and stress relief, which can reduce migraine triggers. Here are seven yoga asanas that may help alleviate migraine symptoms.

Child's Pose (Balasana) helps calm the mind and relieve tension in the neck and shoulders. Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana) improves blood circulation and eases sinus pressure.

Legs-Up-The-Wall Pose (Viparita Karani) calms the nervous system and promotes better blood flow to the head. Bridge Pose (Setu Bandhasana) opens the chest and reduces stress.

Seated Forward Bend (Paschimottanasana) soothes the nervous system and stretches the spine, while the Cat-Cow Stretch (Marjaryasana-Bitilasana) releases tension in the neck and upper back. Finally, the Supine Twist (Supta Matsyendrasana) supports digestion and relaxes the spine.

Regular practice of these poses can help reduce the frequency and intensity of migraines, while also improving overall well-being.
