Treat Your Family with Delicious Masala Bhindi: A Perfect Summer Delight!

Masala bhindi, also known as spicy ladyfinger, is a delightful Indian dish that brings both flavor and comfort to your dining table. Especially popular in summer, bhindi is a go-to green vegetable that cooks quickly and pleases every palate.

To prepare masala bhindi, start by washing and drying 500g of ladyfinger, then cut it into large pieces. Lightly fry them to remove stickiness. In a pan, heat mustard oil and add cumin, asafoetida, and green chillies. Sauté onions until golden, followed by ginger-garlic paste and dry spices like turmeric, coriander, red chilli, and fennel powder. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.

Now, mix in the fried bhindi, salt, and a bit of water. Cover and cook on low flame, stirring occasionally. Finish with dried mango powder, garam masala, coriander, and kasuri methi.

Serve hot with roti, rice, or puri—this dish is a sure hit for any meal!
