Popular YouTuber and motivational speaker Ranveer Allahbadia, widely known as “Beer Biceps,” shared a terrifying near-death experience on Instagram. He revealed how he and his rumored girlfriend, actress Nikki Sharma, were swept away by a powerful underwater current at a Goa beach on Christmas Eve.

The incident happened around 6:00 PM during a casual swim in the open ocean. Despite being an experienced swimmer, Ranveer admitted the strong current overwhelmed him. “This has happened to me before, but I’ve never been with a companion. It’s much harder to pull someone out with you,” he shared.

As the situation turned dire, the pair signaled for help and were rescued by a family of five, which included an IPS officer and his IRS officer wife who were swimming nearby. Ranveer recounted the ordeal, saying, “There was a moment where I swallowed a lot of water and felt myself fading. That’s when I shouted for help.”

Expressing immense gratitude to the rescuers, Ranveer called the experience life-changing. “We felt God’s protection throughout. This has shifted my perspective on living,” he wrote.

Rumors about Ranveer’s relationship with Nikki Sharma have circulated for months, fueled by social media posts and shared trips. Although Ranveer didn’t explicitly name Nikki in his heartfelt post, reports link her to his travels and spiritual journey. Nikki, known for her roles in shows like Sasural Simar Ka and Pyaar Ka Pehla Adhyay Shiv Shakti, is said to share a deep spiritual bond with the YouTuber.
