Massive protests have gripped Bangladesh after a horrifying video surfaced online showing a Hindu woman stripped, assaulted, and raped, allegedly by aides of a local politician. The incident, which took place in the Narsingdi district, has triggered outrage across the country, especially after the video went viral on social media.

In the disturbing footage, the woman is seen naked and crying for help while being violently attacked. According to reports, the perpetrators have ties to a local political leader, raising serious concerns about abuse of power and caste- or minority-based violence.

Angry demonstrators have taken to the streets demanding immediate arrest of all culprits, suspension of the politician, and justice for the victim. Protests have intensified in Dhaka, Chattogram, and several rural districts, with student bodies, human rights groups, and religious minorities calling for stronger protection laws and police accountability.
