The Zydus Family Trust, linked to pharmaceutical giant Zydus Lifesciences, has purchased a ₹200 crore ultra-luxury apartment in Mumbai's upscale Worli area. The massive 17,384 sq ft residence, located on the 61st floor of Oberoi Three Sixty West, comes with eight parking spaces and was acquired at a staggering ₹1.15 lakh per sq ft.
The purchase was made in the names of Pankaj Patel, Priti Patel, and Sharvil Patel. The apartment's transaction was registered on March 27, 2025, with a ₹7.04 crore stamp duty.
Oberoi Three Sixty West is a haven for India's elite, including Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor, D'Mart founder Radhakrishna Damani, and other billionaires.
