Hate Mondays? Fix Your Weekend Routine and Reclaim Your Energy!

Monday mornings often hit us like a truck - and it's not just in our heads. The main culprit? Disrupted sleep cycles over the weekend. Staying up late and sleeping in throws off our body's natural clock, causing what's called "social jet lag." This mismatch makes it harder to fall asleep Sunday night, leaving us groggy come Monday. A 2017 YouGov survey even found that 23% of people struggle most to sleep on Sundays.

To beat the Monday blues, keep a consistent sleep schedule, even on weekends. Get 7–8 hours of sleep during the week, avoid long lie-ins, and nap smartly  - before 2 PM and under 30 minutes. Morning sunlight can reset your circadian rhythm, so open those curtains! Also, reduce weekend alcohol and manage Sunday anxiety by planning your week in advance.

Want an extra edge? Try sleep tech like the temperature-adjusting Eight Sleep Pod 3 for smarter, deeper rest.
