Praveen Kumar, a para-athlete, created history at the Paris Paralympics by winning a gold medal in para athletics. These four athletes, along with many others, will be honored for their unwavering commitment and excellence in sports. The awards ceremony will take place at the Rashtrapati Bhavan on January 17, 2025. In addition to the Khel Ratna Awardees, 32 other athletes, including 17 para-athletes, will be presented with the Arjuna Award, further celebrating the diversity and talent across India’s sports landscape.
