Milind Soman reveals models drink up to 20 cups of tea and coffee daily!

Milind Soman, a well-known model and fitness enthusiast, once shared that he doesn’t drink tea or coffee, unlike many in the modeling world who often consume 15–20 cups a day.

In an old interview, he said he grew up believing these drinks were unhealthy and instead starts his day with fruit juice. He also pointed out that many models smoke and drink alcohol due to stress.

Health experts warn that drinking too much tea or coffee can harm the body. Dr. Narander Singla explains that high caffeine intake can cause anxiety, poor sleep, stomach problems, high heart rate, and blood pressure.

It can also stop the body from absorbing iron properly, leading to health issues like anaemia.

Long-term, caffeine can hurt your heart, disturb sleep, and lead to addiction, with withdrawal symptoms like headaches and tiredness. If smoking and alcohol are added, the risks increase damaging the heart, liver, and brain even more. These habits also make anxiety and mood problems worse.

Certain groups like pregnant women, children, and people with heart or liver issues are more at risk. Milind's healthy lifestyle shows the power of saying no to unhealthy habits.
