Smash Trump’s Face? This Canadian Rage Room Says Yes!

In Nova Scotia, Canada, a business called Rage Room: Halifax is offering customers a unique way to vent frustration over US President Donald Trump's tariffs—by smashing his portraits. Owner Terry LeBlanc told Global News that although he usually avoids political statements, he felt this initiative was necessary. “Until the tariffs come off, we understand you might have a little extra rage that you want to let out,” a disclaimer at the venue states.

A social media advertisement invited frustrated Canadians to join, and CTV News reported on a 14-year-old boy who smashed a framed Trump portrait with a baseball bat, while his sister followed with a golf club.

Responding to the rage room, White House spokesman Kush Desai joked about Canada becoming the "51st state." The Secret Service declined to comment.

Meanwhile, Canadian retailers have begun removing American products from shelves. Prime Minister Mark Carney admitted Canada can't match US tariffs, while Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre, in L'Orignal, Ont., criticized the "lost liberal decade" under Carney and Trudeau, urging a resolution.
