After a modest theatrical run, Superboys of Malegaon has found its stride on OTT platforms, resonating deeply with viewers and earning widespread praise. Directed by Reema Kagti and penned by Varun Grover, the film is inspired by the true story of Nasir Shaikh, an amateur filmmaker from Malegaon, Maharashtra, who, along with his friends, created Bollywood parodies in their hometown. The cast includes Adarsh Gourav, Vineet Kumar Singh, and Shashank Arora.

Social media platforms are abuzz with heartfelt reactions. One viewer shared, "I just cried, laughed, smiled, and cried again watching this beautiful ode to filmmaking and friendship." Another praised the film's authenticity, stating, "The blend of comedy and emotion was spot-on, and knowing it's based on a true story makes it all the more compelling."

The film's journey from limited theatrical attention to OTT success underscores the evolving landscape of film consumption, where digital platforms provide a second chance for stories to find their audience.

Superboys of Malegaon is now streaming on Prime Video, inviting viewers to experience this inspiring tale of passion and perseverance.
