You won't believe what a 21-year-old in China has done- he just spent a whopping ₹3.5 crore (3 million yuan or about $410,000) to build an EXACT replica of Shinchan's iconic house from the anime Crayon Shinchan! Yep, you read that right. This isn’t a joke!

Meet Shen Yuhao, a young anime lover from Huzhou City, China, who decided to take his love for Shinchan to the next level. He wasn’t satisfied with just watching the show, so he built a life-sized replica of the Nohara family home to share with the world.

So how did this crazy idea come about? Shen was back home after finishing university and, during some casual chats with his friends (who are also huge Shinchan fans), he had a lightbulb moment: Why not bring Shinchan’s house to life?

But it wasn’t just about putting up a few walls – Shen went all out. To make it as accurate as possible, he and his team worked closely with the anime's licensing agency, and they gathered all the reference materials they could.

Of course, such a project didn’t come cheap. Shen had initially planned to spend around 3 million yuan, but with all the custom work, the budget went way up. Thankfully, his mother backed him financially and helped turn this dream into reality. Talk about family support!

The local government got behind the idea too! They helped improve road access to the site and made sure the house was included in a broader tourism route for the village. The village officials are proud of Shen's vision, saying it’s inspiring to see a young person bringing something so creative to life.

But Shen's not stopping here. After his business gets going, he plans to expand the Shinchan world even further. Next on his to-do list? Recreating Shinchan' Futaba Kindergarten and even replicating the anime's hometown, Kasukabe, as a full-scale tourist attraction.
