What happens when you work before the world wakes up?

The "5 to 9 Before 9 to 5" trend is becoming popular, but is it right for you? This idea means waking up early, before your job starts at 9 AM, to focus on personal activities. People use this time to exercise, read, meditate, or work on hobbies. Instead of rushing in the morning, they start the day feeling fresh and productive.

For some, this habit is life-changing. Waking up early gives them time to do things they enjoy before work. Many successful people say early mornings are the best time to focus without distractions.

But this routine is not for everyone. Some people find it hard to wake up early because of their sleep schedule, late-night work, or family duties. Forcing yourself to wake up at 5 AM when you are still tired can make you feel exhausted instead of motivated.

If you want to try this trend, start slowly. Wake up just 30 minutes earlier and do something you enjoy, like stretching, writing, or having a quiet cup of tea. If it feels good, you can wake up even earlier. But if it makes you too tired, it's okay to stop.

The most important thing is to find a routine that works for you. Whether you wake up at 5 AM or take it slow in the morning, the goal is to make time for yourself in a way that feels natural and enjoyable.
