Vaibhav Suryavanshi just became the youngest-ever centurion in both IPL and T20 cricket history.
At just 14 years and 32 days old, he scored a sensational 101 off 38 balls against Gujarat Titans in IPL 2025 — the second-fastest century ever in the tournament.
This milestone came in his third IPL match, just days after making his debut as the youngest player in IPL history.
But who is Vaibhav Suryavanshi?
He is a left-handed batter and a slow left-arm orthodox bowler, playing for both Bihar Cricket Team and Rajasthan Royals in the IPL. Before his IPL success, Vaibhav already made waves on the international scene.
He represented India Under-19, where he scored a brilliant 58-ball century against Australia Under-19. He also helped India reach the final of the ACC Under-19 Asia Cup in 2024, scoring 176 runs at an average of 44.
In addition to his IPL success, Vaibhav has an impressive triple-century (332*) from the Randhir Verma Tournament in Bihar.
With so many accomplishments at such a young age, Vaibhav Suryavanshi is definitely a future star to watch!
