At the Housefull 5 trailer launch, Akshay Kumar reminded fans why he's the king of comedy off-screen too. When asked about his fee for the film, Akshay delivered a hilarious response, saying, “Tu humara bhatija lagta hai?” (Are you some relative of ours?). He added with a grin, “Yes, I took a good amount of money. The film was made on a solid budget, and we had a blast.”

Housefull 5, directed by Tarun Mansukhani, reunites Akshay with Riteish Deshmukh and Abhishek Bachchan. It also features Sanjay Dutt, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Johnny Lever, among others. The cast reportedly shot for 40 days on a cruise ship, making it one of the most extravagant comedy productions in Bollywood.

Releasing on 6 June, the film promises vintage Akshay humour, chaotic fun, and a massive ensemble cast.
