Miss World 2025 contestants from Europe visited the iconic Ramappa Temple in Telangana's Mulugu district, blending grace, tradition, and global elegance. Draped in colorful saris and adorned with jasmine flowers, the contestants were welcomed with a traditional foot-washing ceremony, honoring the sacred site.
Ramappa Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site built during the Kakatiya dynasty, mesmerized visitors with its floating bricks, carved pillars, and ancient sculptures. As evening fell, the temple was bathed in lights, setting the stage for a cultural showcase celebrating Telangana's tribal legacy and heritage.
Minister Seethakka addressed the gathering, emphasizing the legacy of icons Sammakka and Saralamma, while handcrafted bamboo gifts symbolized Telangana's artisan roots.
Meanwhile, other Miss World participants explored the Thousand Pillar Temple and Warangal Fort. The event beautifully highlighted India's living heritage, where ancient rituals meet global appreciation, creating an unforgettable fusion of culture and charm.
