For years, Mannat in Bandra has been the epitome of Bollywood glamour and the beloved home of Shah Rukh Khan. Fans flock outside daily hoping for a glimpse of the King of Bollywood, but in an unexpected twist, SRK and his family are set to temporarily move out.

The reason behind this shift? Extensive renovation work at Mannat is set to begin in May. The much-awaited expansion project required official permissions due to Mannat's Grade III heritage status, which have now been secured. The renovation is expected to take up to two years, and to avoid any inconvenience during construction, the Khan family has decided to relocate for the time being.

So where are they heading? The family will move into a luxurious apartment in Mumbai's Pali Hill area. They've rented four floors of the upscale property Puja Casa, owned by film producer Vashu Bhagnani's children. The apartment spans the first, second, seventh, and eighth floors, offering ample space for SRK, his wife Gauri Khan, their children, as well as their security team and staff.

At a rental price of Rs 24 lakh per month, the apartment will be a lavish temporary home. The family has signed a three-year lease, though they may not stay for the entire duration.

While Mannat's renovation unfolds, SRK's temporary home will keep them close to their iconic residence. Fans can rest assured, the Khan family isn't too far away!
