Rashmika Mandanna, often hailed as the "National Crush," has achieved a remarkable milestone in Indian cinema by starring in three consecutive blockbusters, each grossing over ₹500 crore worldwide.
Her recent film, Pushpa 2: The Rule, released in December 2024, not only captivated audiences but also set new box office records. The film, directed by Sukumar and starring Allu Arjun in the titular role, saw Mandanna reprising her role as Srivalli.
Pushpa 2 emerged as the highest-grossing Indian film of 2024, amassing over ₹1,800 crore globally, making it the third highest-grossing Indian film ever.
Prior to this, Mandanna showcased her versatility in Animal (2023), directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, where she starred opposite Ranbir Kapoor.
The film delved into complex narratives and received acclaim for its storytelling and performances, contributing significantly to its impressive box office collection.
Additionally, her role in Varisu (2023), alongside Vijay, further cemented her status in the industry. The film's engaging plot and stellar performances resonated with audiences, leading to substantial box office earnings.
