Headache from staring at Screens? Here's your ultimate Guide!

Staring at screens too long? That annoying headache behind your eyes could be eyestrain - and it's more common than you think. Eyestrain headaches usually come with sore eyes, blurry vision, dryness, and light sensitivity. The main culprits? Digital screens, reading for hours, poor lighting, and uncorrected vision. Unlike migraines, these headaches get better with rest and don't come with nausea.

To prevent them, follow the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. Blink often, avoid screens in the dark, and adjust your screen setup. Artificial tears and a short eye break can also help. Still suffering? Try NSAIDs or see an eye doctor — especially if symptoms like dizziness or sudden vision changes show up.

Bottom line: your eyes work hard, so give them the breaks they deserve. One small habit shift can save you from a big headache — literally.
