Summer is here, and staying hydrated isn't just a health tip, it's a survival hack! Dehydration can sneak up on you, making you feel tired, dizzy, or even give you headaches.

 

But don't worry, we've got 10 easy tips to keep you cool and refreshed.

 

Start your day with a glass of water and sip throughout. Don't wait till you're super thirsty by then, you're already dehydrated. Keep an eye on your pee (yup, we said it!). If it's pale yellow, you're good. Dark? Drink up!

 

Avoid drinks that actually dehydrate you like soda, coffee, and alcohol. Instead, munch on hydrating foods like watermelon, cucumber, and strawberries. Heading out for a workout or hike? Drink water before, during, and after.

 

Flying somewhere? Planes dry you out fast, so carry a refillable water bottle. Not a fan of plain water? Add lemon, mint, or berries for a fun twist. And don't forget your probiotics, they help your body absorb water better.
