The end of remote work? Infosys demands employees back in office!

Infosys has told its employees to work from the office for at least 10 days a month. This move aims to bring back some office culture while keeping flexibility. Many IT companies are slowly asking employees to return to offices after years of remote work.

Infosys believes that coming to the office will help employees work better together, improve communication, and create a sense of teamwork. However, they also understand that employees have gotten used to working from home, so they are keeping a hybrid model. Employees can still work from home for the rest of the month.

The company has not made this rule strict but encourages teams to plan their office days. They believe that working in the office at least sometimes will make work more productive and help employees learn from each other.

Infosys is not the only company making such a decision. Many big IT firms in India and worldwide are slowly calling employees back to offices. While some workers prefer remote work for comfort and savings, companies feel that working together in person brings more creativity and better results.

This new rule is a step toward balancing work-from-home and office work. It shows that companies are adjusting to a future where both styles of work exist. Whether employees like this change or not, the shift toward hybrid work is becoming the new normal.
