Mahindra & Mahindra has announced a price hike for its SUVs and commercial vehicles starting April 2025. Prices will rise by up to three percent due to increasing input and commodity costs.
This will be Mahindra's second price increase in 2025, following one in January. The price hike will vary across models and variants, affecting both fuel-powered and electric vehicles like the BE 6 and XEV 9e. Other major automakers, including Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata Motors, Renault, Kia, Honda, and BMW, have also announced similar price increases.
Mahindra's SUV lineup, including the XUV 3XO, Bolero, Bolero Neo, Thar, Scorpio Classic, Scorpio-N, and XUV700, will see higher prices. The company recently launched the XUV700 Ebony Edition and also offered discounts on select XUV700 variants in March, which will return to regular prices in April.
Car manufacturers often revise prices at the beginning of a new financial year due to changing costs. Buyers planning to purchase a Mahindra vehicle may want to do so before the price increase takes effect.
