Greater Noida's Noida International Airport, set to be India's largest, is paving the way for employment opportunities for thousands of local residents. The All India Gurjar Mahasabha has initiated efforts to ensure jobs at the airport for youth and women from the region.

To kickstart the process, the Mahasabha will celebrate the birth anniversary of Shaheed Vijay Singh Pathik on February 27 and 28. This two-day event at the Shaheed Vijay Singh Pathik Sports Complex will include four sessions focusing on raising awareness about job opportunities at the Jewar Airport. Local youth and women will receive detailed information about available roles and the recruitment process.

This development comes as the Noida Airport Authority accelerates preparations for the airport's operational launch. Domestic and international flights are scheduled to commence on April 17, 2025. The authority is ensuring that all facilities and logistics are ready for a seamless start.

This initiative promises a dual benefit: providing employment to thousands while enhancing the economic growth of Greater Noida. The collaboration between the airport authority and community organizations like the Gurjar Mahasabha is expected to significantly improve job accessibility for locals.
