Still using this? Big mistake!

Good hygiene is key to good health, but some everyday bathroom items could be secretly harming you. Dr. Saurabh Sethi recently shared on Instagram the top 3 bathroom essentials you should ditch ASAP.

1. Old Toothbrush – If it's older than 3-4 months, it's basically useless and full of bacteria. Worn bristles clean 30% less and can even cause infections.

2. Dull Razor Blades – Still shaving with that old blade? Dr. Sethi says dull razors cause 10x more skin irritation and can lead to micro-cuts and infections. Replace after 5–7 uses!

3. Antimicrobial Mouthwash – Sounds healthy, right? Nope. It kills good bacteria too, messing up your mouth and gut microbiome. Long-term use can hurt overall health.

Bottom line: Don't let your bathroom sabotage your wellness. Swap out these items and level up your hygiene game!
